i think PC is more comfort to play online games and when comes to android, it also support adobe flash so we can play online games but problem is that we need to have high end smartphone to play games without any lags.
As we live in super fast lifestyle, android phones are great for online gaming, ultra portable. Some mid range smartphone also able to play android games, as always high end phones are completely compatible with online gaming because of their big screen and faster processor.
