How To Use Google Voice With Android Tablets And Media Players

Set the app and install it to your device. Choose the correct options and type in the account name that you are going to use in this app.

How to make the call from the device :

Tap in the phone icon in Android 4.0 devices, and initiate the Click-to-Call. For other devices, tap the Menu and select the Click-to-Call. Choose the GV number that you are going to make the call with.

Type the number, to which you are going to initiate a voice call. Tap in and connect with that number and here you go with a free account to call all kind of phone numbers from the Android device that you have.
