Q: Why We need to flash firmware ?
A:
- Usually latest updates are leaked and available before official updates so we have to flash them manually using a pc software
- To Downgrade Firmware
- To install another country firmware version
Q: Will I need to root my phone?
A: No.
Q: Will I still get root permissions on new firmware ?
A: No, it will unroot your phone so make sure there are rooting available for your new firmware
Q: When i use one of your firmwares and i flash my phone, do i lose my guarantee?
A: Yes and no, if you do it right there will be no problems about guarantee, but if phone get brick under flash you will lose it
Q: How can i flash correct?
A: Simple just follow our guides and take always your region software.
Q: What could happen if i flash correct but use different region software.
A: Your phone could stop working or Samsung’s own KIES program will not recognize your cellphone. also possible to lose 3G networks.
Q: Samsung Mobile says i will lost my guarantee when i flash my phone.
A: Yes that’s correct, but when you flash correct Samsung can’t see any problem there.

flashing firmware is process that you done while updating to android 2.3.4
flashing = installing
Firmware = software version / windows version (for e.g. froyo firmware, eclair firmware)
can i instal Individual CSC Packages in tis 2.3.5 XXKI3 firmware???
Means you want to use your regions Csc file?

Hi i updated my firmware to Gingerbread 1 mounth ago(i have Galaxy Ace GingerBread Version)it worked fine(faster,the internet reception was better etc) and yesterday i noticed that i didnt root.The root worked and all,some minutes after i instralled Rom toolbox(free version) from android market…It installed and in the feature apps2SD i clicked SDcard and then my phone went down and never came up again,dosent charge,i cant put it in download mode etc pls help me,im 14 so i cant really buy anything or do this:”http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=819551″

hey i rooted my phone earlier now what i have to do to install 2.3.5
nothing special just install firmware using Odin
my cellphone doesn’t turn on, samsung said that it was because the boot file has been removed because of something, they said I have to re-install the booting starting sistem of my galaxy ace to make it turning on… its cost is very expensive then I’d like to know if you can give me a hand with that problem…

Hello,Mister Kuldeep Singh!Newbie around here and i was just wondering what can i do if i bricked my SGS2(my bad thoughts), trying to download 2.3.5 software(instalation complete,by the way),still,each time i connect bluetooth,my phone start to reboot itself suddenly,over and over,until i remove the battery,even i put it back,it keeps this malfunctions till i take off again,what do you think?It is a contract for 2 years to Vodafone Germany,this phone has no brand,unlocked,all i just did was to update from 2.3.4 software version,to 2.3.5 Gingerbread,right thru his own network(vodafone),pushing the UPDATE BUTTON
Find any official firmware and install it , official firmwares are quite stable
as we were tryng to upgrade galaxy s2 into ICS the phone was disconecyed and there were symbols showing lack of connection between phone and pc what can i do
